Granted, I never have the sense of urgency that some people have regarding having a movie *right now*. (OK, I did the Star Wars Trilogy yesterday on DVD, it goes well with my original and 97 releases on VHS) It works great for me, I drop the three I watched in the mail, I get three more 48 hours later. Yes, I am only about 50 miles from their distribution warehouse, but 48 hour turn around works for me. I also keep them for weeks sometimes and they have never once complained.

Yes, I've had a couple show up scratched, and I even had one move that was sub-titled (with no option to turn them off...I don't know what the deal was there) but by and large the convienence factor out weighs any thing else.
