A volunteer firefighter friend of mine, Jay, and I were in a bar when some arrogant asshat (I'm starting to like that term) sat down next to Jay and lit up a cigar. Jay politely asked the guy to move the ashtray to his other side so the smoke wouldn't get in his face. The guys response was, "What if I don't feel like it." Now at this point I'm looking to see who is going to join in the bar brawl when Jay puts his finger on top of the straw in his Bloody Caesar, looks the guy in the face and says, "It's okay. I'm a fireman. I'll just put it out." Then uses the liquid in the straw to extinguish the cigar.
