Successfully getting any disability from the government is a miracle, getting properly compensated usually takes an act of god or a Judge. My mom spent 4 years in court to win her disability claim. I'm still fighting with the V.A. over mine. Knee and back injuries as well as asthma. (Not sure why my doc thinks that's the result of my service time but it did show up only AFTER I'd left the military.)
