Soldiers returning from Iraq disqualified from PTSD disability because they had "pre-existing" medical conditions... that would have disqualified them from serving in the first place! And other joys of military medical beaurocracy!
Question: Is the US sending job-lots of psycho-soldiers to Iraq OR just denying claims like an HMO? |
