I have often had a DVD in my mail box from Netflix on the day it's released on DVD. I like the fact that I can save future releases to my queue so that they will ship right when they release. That way if I think a movie isn't worth paying to see on the big screen, but worth a rental, I can put it on my list and I won't forget to rent it and it will show up at my door right after it's released on disk. Netflix's selection is huge (at least it seems so to me). For the first time in my life I'm actually catching up on all those movies that I've been meaning to see, but could never find to rent. shrug As usual, YMMV.
