My two biggest complaints with Netflix was that it didn't have a current selection (all the movies I could choose from were DVDs that had been out for a long time, not new releases), and most of the DVDs I got were either warped or scratched so I couldn't watch them anyway. I was paying for a service but I had to keep exchanging DVDs so I didn't feel like I got my money's worth for it. But some folks have success with Netflix so maybe it was just me.
