it sounds like you have gotten a lot of good advice, so since I'm late on the bandwagon I will simply pass on the advice my Biology 11 teacher gave me for curing a case of worms: Day 1: Bran muffin and coffee enema Day 2: Bran muffin and coffee enema Day 3: Coffee enema On Day 3, when the worm sticks his head out and demands to know "Where's my bran muffin!", whack it on the head with a hammer. ba-dump-dump.
