gay marriage, but were instead voting "against" screwing with the Constitution.

If, the amendment is brought up again, we may see a vote on the amendment itself. That was the pattern played out here in Kansas. But even with a vote on the content, no one felt anything was really over and down with. This will keep coming up over and over no matter how many times it gets quashed.
