This was the first stage	by Kickstart	2004-07-14 19:56:20
of a Constitutional amendment to make marriage exclusively a union between a man and a woman. Since it didn't get past even the first stage, doubtful that anyone will try again soon. IOW...voting for this would help ban gay marriage via a Constitutional amendment. For the record, there have been 11000+ such attempts on various issues and a miniscule percentage have actually made it. KS
