          I looked it up and it's french word for "closure" by Celticess 2004-07-14 19:31:45
apprently when it's done it forces an immediate vote on whatever thing is going on and ends debate that had been occuring. So since cloture didn't go through apprently that means the debating will continue I guess until they agree to vote or whatever.
