had gone umpty-seven rounds with several doctors over several years, insisting that they had parasites and repeatedly being told that they were hysterical females and their perception that they were abnormally tired was all in their heads. They raise sheep, and had the flotation solution for testing droppings available. They discovered that sending samples off to a lab somewhere doesn't catch everything; the samples really need to be checked while fresh. Kinda unappetizing, but my points (and I do have three) are: You can probably wait till after camp if you absolutely have to; my friends managed for years, although that's far from desirable. You can do the test yourself if you have access to vet supplies or a friend who does. And persist; if you know something's not right don't let anyone brush you off.
