of the diffrence in postage too if he added $18 to your cost and only paid $11 for shipping... ie a money order or cheque could of been made for $7 or a paypal deposit back to you in that amount... It sounds like he deliberately is playing games and I do suggest you contact the company. The software could be stolden or counterfeit... either way what he's doing is wrong and he can get in trouble from them for doing it.
