a maid servant (as a generic name eg "Ninny said ... " ), especially a young girl in an outside job (milk maid, dairy maid etc). Abigail was the term for an inside female servant esp. a higher grade one (parlour maid, housekeeper etc).Today we have a similiar context with Jeeves - a generic slang for a valet. So to pull a ninny = to seduce or attract sexually a young and unsophisticated girl. Hm . You lucky plonker.
