Yeah, being confined to an 8x10 box with an hour exercise time per day because there aren't enough guards is my idea of a country club. Anyone who is not a socio/psychopath and has been to prison, is generally willing to do anything to keep from going back to prison. And that's a sure indicator that a prison sentence is far from the cush time some people seem to think it is.
