1. There is nothing that would prevent the passage of contradictory Amendments

2. Providing the Contradictory Amendment DID make to ratification...that would be for the Supreme Court to decide and define its Constitutionality...

3. See #2 above...

That's both the scary and beautiful thing about the American Constitution...firstly is its interpretation is subjective to how the legislator wishes to read into it...secondly...the Constitution is a "Living" Document...meaning it can (and was intended) to be abridged and amended as future legislators see fit...it IS theoretically possible for Herr Bush's lunacy to become part of the constitution...

Look back to the early part of the 20th Century...there was a little Amendment that called for Prohibition of Alcohol...that was later repealed by another Amendment when the political climate became less about Tee-Totaling and more about the wants of the people...

I'm no expert on Constitutional Law...just 2¢ worth...
