Anyone ever seen something like this? This user uses outlook express 6 for her email. Her family and friends send pictures. In the preview pane the pictures show up but they are not right. There are what look like black and white spiders over top of the image. There are lighter blue and green ones behind the black and white guys. If I save the picture to her desktop the image is fine. I've downloaded and installed all the updates from MS and it's still there. I want to remove and reinstall OE but the user won't let me do that. Any ideas?
