the phone line... the cost is quite a bit cheaper... will still get fast downloads but upload will be on dialup so he will have to maintain his two accounts - the dialup connection and the directtv bill (which will prolly go on his tv bill)


I did it for awhile here in northern, bc canada - the download was great - but i wanted it for gaming - i couldnt connect to my game - dont know why - so I discontinued it :(
