as I mentioned, of delivering rhetoric about protecting freedom to a crowd you've already ensured will agree with you. Keep in mind, this was a speech, not a rally. There SHOULDN'T be any assurance that everyone will agree with you at every single public appearance. But Bush has made sure it looks like they do.
