Now, I am all for protecting the President, no matter which party he represents. But Mr. Bush seems to have gone to extremes in keeping non-supporters far, far away.

Granted, we do not have all the facts from the articles presented here so far. We don't know where the protest zone was located. In a back corner of the venue? Four blocks away? In the next county? Were they heckling or were they just standing there in their T-shirts?

In response to your previous question: "Are you allowed to back stage at a concert, or into employee only areas, are those restrictions a violation or your rights?" These people had tickets to a public speech and were standing with the rest of the crowd. They weren't trying to get "back stage" or into any other area the rest of the audience was not allowed.
