which indicates that he's not stopped. Trust me, I've been stopped in traffic here. And when you're stopped, there's no telling when you'll move again. Once, I was at a dead stop for over an hour. We eventually all got out of our cars and had an impromptu social until word came down the line that traffic would be moving again.
