We have the flexibility to telecommute occasionally. At such times, we send an email to the rest of the office that usually says, "Working from home."

This morning, I get an email from a coworker who's late due to being stuck in traffic. But he doesn't just say he'll be late. He says . . .
"Working from my car."
Be afraid . . . be very afraid. And stay off the sidewalks!
