Any tree experts around? by Kickstart 2006-11-19 12:55:59
This photo is of a flower and a tree on property we've bought. There are a fair number of much larger examples of this tree and I'm not sure what it is, except that it's likely some species of pine and not a fir. This photo shows a number of them so you can see the whole tree.

Are any of you able to tell the species? I'll likely be using them for our cordwood walls in a year or two, but if the species is a problem I'd rather know now so that I can plan alternatives.
