You claim that "Evidence and cold, hard logic..." are used fairly and accurately to disprove the actions of "Bush&Co" as valid courses of action for them to have taken. However, I disagree with your assertion that anyhting of the sort has been proven. To your mind it has been proven, to mine it is far less obvious that any serious mistakes were made. ONLY history will tell which of us is right. We can debate it all we want right now, but rarely will anyone's opinion on this change.
As for Libya, I certainly agree that the sanctions had a significant part in Gadhafi's decision to change the countries status, but I also believe it is incorrect to say that we had little or no effect on his opinion through our actions in Afghanistan and Iraq. |
