You said "Besides, why overclock a Celery?" and I would assume that you know/remember when the Celeron 300-466 (especially the 300a) came out, overclocking them was their most common use because they could clock REALLY high and blow away the PIIs (and later, early PIIIs) on performance. The smaller L2 cache allowed much higher speeds (in some cases double or triple) so there was plenty of reason to OC a Celeron.
