That's the first time I've ever had THAT happen! by ChuckAB 2004-07-12 16:41:49
I'm working on a cow-orker's computer (paid - they know I don't do free work) and I'm evaluating the system. I was in the BIOS setup and attempted to view the BIOS event log.

It locked up.

Any ideas?

Specs:

Gateway Celeron 433 (Essential PC for what?!?)
Mini-ATX format (90 watt PS!)
160MB memory
Quantum HD (10GB) (tested OK)

Complaint: System "acting strange" with messages about invalid filenames. First thought was bad HD but the PowerMax utility gave it a clean bill of health.
