I designed the CPU card for the INDeX (the CPU-X as mentioned in my diary) and then Lucent/Avaya bought the company. They tried their best to kill the product and develop a less reliable / lower feature set but more buzz word friendly system that became the IP400 series. The 412 was my project until I got fed up with the place and left.
