For example, the author equated "not educated enough to use voting machines" with "too dumb to vote"! Anyone with their head in the open air (not up their colon) knows that ignorance != stupidity! I'm not saying the point of that article is invalid, but I'd need to see a more credible source.

In case you wondered, that calm assumption that lack of education equals stupidity is at the heart of several very objectionable things, like techie arrogance. I despise the concept.
