you trust the Feral Gov to reinstate the election process later. They could, as easily, put it off further. AQ would cooperate with this by creating even more scares to justify such action. Under this scenario, Bush can stay in office forever and so can the current Congress. There is a reason why the Feds do not have such a provision. It is not an accident!
