In fact, that vote would be 'Hell No!'. I do NOT want my ISP monitoring or filtering my bandwidth. As a former ISP, there is no way I could do that and keep access costs low. The upshot is that the end-user is made vulnerable to censorship at increasing costs of access. Do you really want that? Be careful what you ask for ...
