it's a flinchy sleep or you don't want to get up later. But if problems with sleep last more than 2 days you should see a doc because some virus can cause sleep issues. I once stayed up 72 hrs straight and man did I feel sick from lack of sleep... I couldn't sleep no matter what I did. I did however finally sleep after seeing the doctor and being put on anti biotics. Apprently I got some virus that attacked some glands or something and that in turn messed up sleep... I didn't really feel too bad other than exhuastion from no sleep but when it was that long without sleep I gave in and saw the doc.(I had to be functional at the time being a single parent and fact my son was dealing with severe behavioural issues and such at the time)
