blem... Summary: I made an eBay purchase. The item was not as described. The seller said he didn't say the product was unregistered&new. I proved he did. He now will refund purchase price($20USD) but not shipping. Here is the seller's response and my options. I'm going to be out $14USD to $38USD for sure, so it comes down to what is my best course of action? Thoughts? Here is my original description of the problem. Thanks.
