the job market. If there are people who are taking a job worth about $17,000 USD, which is almost unlivable on, when they have skills in almost every area of the tech sector, then there is something seriously wrong. However if you think its okay to work 2 years without a raise, and 4 years where your responsiblities have probally increased 10X, at a wage where you can barely afford to live on, okay then, i'll keep on that wage... </sarcasm>
