It was small, now its growing into medium sized...

I report directly to the highest up, he'd be the one i'm asking and he's the one that doesn't like to give out money, so I'd have to make a good case. For the most cases he seems to like me, but he has moody days.

I'm sure I could be replaced, but I just don't see anyone with the skills taking a job for oh... $25,000 CDN

I took this job fresh out, but then the job that I do now didn't exist, I came on as a web programer, but the job built up, since they were using a win 98 peer to peer network at the time. I desgined them a Windows 2000 Server Network, learnt the skills, and got most of it working.

I don't think anyone fresh out of school could jump right into the job considering everything that it entails.
