on salaries. Computerworld does a yearly salary poll and should have some info amongst others. Try to show where you have saved the company money in past will help some but the biggest thing you have going is your expanded role and knowledge. Don't make ultimatums but saying that proper recompense will prevent you from looking for other employment isn't out of line.
