Well, aside from having the awful paperclip (DIE paperclip, DIE), that's not so different from having text ads show up, although at least the text ads don't actually interrupt or distract from the emailing process, which is I suppose the salient difference.
The ads as they are don't bother me at all. I'm using their free service, they're more than entitled to advertise to me, and they're being much more friendly about it than other webmail providers.
As for typing things in here - well, like I said, if they implement this particular idea, we'll know to come after Kickstart ;) |
