At just about every place I have worked. Even when I had a summer job back in 1997 in a recycling group - they used fax coversheets. In the UK - it is fairly rare for non-corporate people to have faxes. Get them to send it in an email or get one of those fancy fax to email numbers - they can send it there and at least you will get it and know who it was from. Question - what would email spam filters make of fax-spam? And if someone did the looping paper nastiness- what would you get at the email end of it?
