Another oughta register: mail folder navigation

OK, here's another little innovation I added to OWM.

When viewing a mail folder list of emails: if the user checks the checkbox next to an email, and then clicks on the button for another folder, then the checked emails are moved to the folder for that button. BUT, if no emails are checked, and the user clicks on the button for a folder, then no emails are moved, but the browser navigates to the web page for that folder.

Sheesh, gotta document these things.
