IIRC there was a chap over here (UK) who did this as an experiment - McD 3 meals a day - to see what health effects it had. Apparently the following: Weight gain (~1 Stone) Loss of skin tone Erupting Acne Constipation & more... If my memory is correct, he was advised to give up after ~20 days by his doctor. I'll see if I can find a linky...
