It talked about "permission email" and databases of email addresses, and no sign of a privacy-policy statment. Seemed more geared to businesses/sellers/marketers than to recipients of said emails -- only clear thing is who they consider their customers. It's those message ID nubers, and fonts-same-color-as-background, and lack of plain-text version, that make me really dubious.
