Euro-UFie Job Center by Slamlander 2006-11-19 12:55:59

GOOD MORNING UFIES! Welcome to the Euro-UFie Job Center post and {{{ALL}}}

This is a pilot, feedback, additional links and comments are welcome.
If the link doesn't work then please let me know.

This is a 12-week pilot for a European Job Center. DICE, used on the official Geek Finder, is strictly USA and doesn't even handle Canada well. Not many, outside of the US, can use it due to residency issues. Also thinking about a related Jobs Networking group for Euro-UFies, maybe using Yahoo groups. What do you all think?

===(News and Announcements)===

The EU-UFie Job Center post will be reduced to business days only, this is to say Monday thru Friday. The web-site will remain open for business.

I am currently asking for volunteers to man the Planning and Advisory Board (PAB). The PAB is tasked with providing forward direction of the Job Center. This is not much more than giving your opinion when asked and participating on thge PAB list. I would prefer people that have already established themselves in the European job market and have some understanding of business networks. Agents, Brokers, and Recruiters, for the European job market are also welcome, on the PAB.

Job Boards: more links on the website.
