English as a pure-positional language? by Llyr2004-05-11 20:10:32
  Hmm. I always heard the type as "isolational". by bassplayer2004-05-11 20:28:12

Example of one word sentence:

Ajattelisimmeko? = Should we think?

Here is one of the longest known bent words, which is not a compound word (compound words are easier to form):
Epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydellänsäkäänköhän

Here is my more or less successful attempt to translate that word into English:
Epäjärjestelmällisyys=Unorganized?
Epäjärjestelmällistyminen=To become unorganized
Epäjärjestelmällistyttää=To make something to become unorganized
Epäjärjestelmällistyttämätön=To not make something to become unorganized
Epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyys=Not made to become unorganized
Epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydellä=By not making something to become unorganized
Epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydellänsä=By him/her not making something to become unorganized
Epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydellänsäkään=Not even by him/her not making something to become unorganized
Epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydellänsäkäänkö=Not even by him/her not making something to become unorganized?
Epäjärjestelmällistyttämättömyydellänsäkäänköhän=(I wonder,) not even by him/her not making something to become unorganized?

Just for the record, I'm not a linguist/translator, so the above might be a false translation...
