I'd get questions like that if the burner that was installed wasn't being recognized. Reason for non-recognition was usually the software is an OEM version and the brand/model of burner is not in its 'approved' list. I'd skip the wizard and go straight to the 'file' menu and look for an option to burn _from_ an .ISO file.
