could you go down the list of items in the File menu and see if there's one labled something like: "Create Disc from ISO Disc Image File" (this is a menu item from NTI... but i'm thinking it'll be similar) If you select it, does it then prompt you to select a file with a file type of .ISO? Or can you choose an .ISO file type if this is not the default type?
