that is why I asked the question one post below, I'm trying to get into BIOS to check some settings.

3) All that is on the disk is the .ISO

No it isn't the drive I burned it on. I put the disk into my CD-ROM. Maybe I need to try to putting into my CD-RW and see if it will work.

I have no clue what a MD5 is. I assume they match as I downloaded it off of Knoppix's website to my computer and from there burned it to my disc (which is CD-R, does that make a difference?)
