...RIGHT THROUGH THE PHONE LINE, if I don't get some freakin' ACTION on fixing this !#$%~@#%!#^%ing DSL problem...

I've done EVERYTHING that EVERY tech has suggested, including some skullduggery to obtain a different DSL modem to try, and I STILL don't get my old speed; SOMEBODY is going to have a potentially very 'hot call' to deal with tomorrow, if they try to feed me that 'well, the line IS functioning within the stated parameters for the type of service you have' HORSE$#!T...
