24 hours of driving, maybe more maybe less, he slept a time or three on the way. but it's more than 1/3 of the way there :-P also note that the VERY TOP SPEED that is legal in NYS is 65. that's only on the thruway and express ways. in other states they have roads that don't even HAVE speed limits, or they're like "70mph if it's dark out" stuff like that, so NYS travel is slow. \/\/
