I think I'm your opposite. My parents let me walk with my brothers(two and five years younger than me) to the closest playground(a 10 minute walk with our small legs) at the age of 8. Ever since we moved(in '99), I've basically been my own person. They don't set curfews and have complete trust in me. Your parents, however, sound like a pair I know. I actually like them - but I won't go into detail why. What they're doing to you sounds horrible :-/
