| Someone here posted quite a while back a hysterically funny exchange between a native English speaking hotel guest and a native Spanish speaking room service operator. It had, amongst a bunch of other lines, "July some toes?" -- Spanglish for "Would you like some toast?"
If the person who posted that could re-post it, I'd be much obliged. Google turns up zip (or my Google-fu is simply not Number One Powerful Best today) and I can't find it elsewhere.
My half-Spanish SO will kill me for this, but the larf will be worth it. ;) |
