it is easier to use Altho my nephew doesnt have a problem with a wheel mouse. Small kids can handle technology quite well so long as it is sturdy enough My son had his own tape recorder when he was 2 - I bought a cheapy so it wouldnt matter if he damaged it, explained he had to be gentle and not bang the levers - and he was fine. At most I would have taken it away if he was banging it hard, and made him earn it back just as he did for any other breach of house rules.
