when they reachabout 10. (based on my own offspring). I really hate letting her on- the neopets site, for example doesn't work unless I turn off my ad blocker, and sometimes disable my firewall (which IREALLY don't like, since I get trojan attacks about 2x/hr at this point). I also have to clean tons of spyware off the machine after she's done. I won't give her an i-net connection until she's at least 13.
